The other day I was talking to one of my BJJ Blue Belts and he was telling how he would like to start training MMA classes again but that he was a bit demotivated. I asked him why he wasn’t training and he told me that the 2 main reasons were that

1. I was not taking the classes at the moment when I had been before and

2. His friends that used to train MMA with him were not longer training. So then I told him about the Building a Team Concept.
