An amazing club, excellent for children, the instructors are very professional and handle classes well. they really helped my daughter build confidence and the ability to feel like she can stand up for her self!! thank you so much for all of your hard work

Joined about 18 months ago.It can be intimidating joining a new gym or trying out martial arts for the first time. This club is very friendly and welcoming to all. Love my time here, have made good friends and learnt a lot so far. Will continue coming for the years ahead and eventually bring the kids too.Oss!

One of the best places to be training bjj for both kids, adults and in between. All the coaches have great experience in teaching what it is they know clearly, and allowing us to learn comfortably. Such a great community. Highly recommended

Love this place,love the trainers,so caring and just amazing with kids,my daughter went from no confidence at school to full of confidence in no time at all,highly recommend meeting Ella ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👌

This is an excellent club with a friendly vibe, and amazing teachers. If you're looking for a good gym, well then, this is a GREAT gym - you won't regret training here!

I initially joined for fitness purposes, and it has truly been a transformative experience. The coaches provide incredible support, not just in terms of teaching techniques but also aiding in mental well-being. The community here is welcoming and friendly, creating a warm and inclusive atmosphere. I cannot recommend this place enough.

This is such an awesome place to train! The gym is family friendly and has a huge women's team also, with a really great and welcoming training environment. Highly recommend. 😀

Great ClubVery welcoming, if you want that family feel this is the club for you.BJJ Coaches are very experienced and take time to improve your game.I cant comment on the MMA side as i never done it.really miss this place
